Fountain Boy

Over easy. I forgot who introduced me to them, but it’s how I’ve always order them in restaurants ever since. I like eating the egg white around the yoke, then eating the yolk (still intact), scooping it with a spoon and letting the runnyness out in my mouth.

I do get stares for that.

I’d try to do this on my own at home and it always ends up in FAIL. YouTube video tutorials weren’t much help and neither were the plastic, bent spatulas we have. My friend would record herself flipping her eggs - with her phone in the other hand - and send it to me.

….nobody likes a showoff. :P
